Bio

John has been in the securities industry since 1990 and licensed since 1999. John has a broad resume that includes ABS/MBS risk manager for a bond insurer, CCO for a global emerging market high yield trading desk in Greenwich, CT, and corporate and municipal principal for a US high yield desk in NYC.

He gained an in-depth understanding of retirement plans in a large commercial bank retirement division. He has been involved the RIA side of the business since 2014.

John has been a leader in crafting policy with several committees including Risk, Due Diligence, Cybersecurity and Safety, and most recently John was with a Florida-based financial services firm in the Advisory Supervision group and with the Policy Governance group.

John has his 6, 7, 24, 53, 63 and 66 licenses and is AIF accredited. He moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2006. He has one son, Sean, who creates TV and online commercials for the FOX affiliate in Ft Myers, FL.
