Ethan Cramer is a Business Development Associate at Conte Wealth Advisors, where he supports firm growth through a blend of client engagement, operational coordination, and relationship development. As a Central Pennsylvania native, Ethan is proud to be part of a firm dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses build and preserve wealth through thoughtful planning and long-term relationships.

Ethan brings experience across operations, client service, and business development, with a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and follow-through. His professional background has allowed him to develop a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to supporting complex processes, maintaining accurate client and project information, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams. Known for his reliability and responsiveness, Ethan contributes to a positive client experience by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and supporting advisors and leadership in day-to-day operations.

In addition, Ethan has developed strong interpersonal and leadership skills in high-expectation, client-facing environments. These experiences sharpened his ability to build rapport, navigate time-sensitive situations, and deliver consistent service under pressure, skills that translate directly to relationship-driven business development and client support within the wealth management industry.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy Business & Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. Early in his financial services career, he is eager to continue expanding his knowledge of the industry and looks forward to growing within Conte Wealth Advisors, with the long-term goal of pursuing a career as a Financial Advisor under the firm’s guidance and structure.

Outside of the office, Ethan has always called the Central Pennsylvania area home and currently resides in York, PA. He is an avid sports fan with a strong interest in both professional and collegiate athletics, and he enjoys spending time on the golf course whenever possible. Ethan is very close with his family, including his mom and grandparents, and lives with his girlfriend and their dog, Archie. He also enjoys traveling to warmer destinations and making the most of time spent outdoors.
