Bio

Allie Wagner joined CWA in 2025 as the Senior Business Strategist, where she gets to do what she loves most—help great teams run even better. Whether it’s refining processes, mapping out big-picture goals, or finding smarter ways to work, Allie operates behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly as the firm continues to grow.

Prior to joining CWA, Allie held leadership roles at West Shore Home and Duck Donuts Franchising Company. With hands-on experience scaling small teams into national brands and enhancing the customer experience along the way, she brings clarity and momentum to complex challenges. Allie has led initiatives that boosted team collaboration, streamlined operations, and built structures for sustainable growth. She’s just as comfortable developing strategy as she is rolling up her sleeves and making things happen. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in cross-functional collaboration and driving operational excellence—all while delivering a five-star experience. She brings that same energy and curiosity to her work at CWA every day.

When she’s not in strategist mode, you can find her in Dillsburg, PA, wrangling spreadsheets and toddlers (twins! + two) with her husband and their wild Labrador, Cooper. Most weekends, she’s on the sidelines of a sports field cheering on her kids—but when the opportunity comes, she loves relaxing (well, trying) at the beach. Allie believes work should be meaningful, but also a little fun—and that the best solutions usually start with a good question and a strong cup of coffee.
