Bio

Tina began with Frank Conte as his executive assistant over 15 years ago. While continuing in this role, her official title is Director of Administration.  She is the glue that keeps CWA cohesive and in order. Tina currently holds her Pennsylvania Life/Health/Annuities License. She provides guidance and shares her knowledge with team members through training and mentoring.

Tina lends a helping hand wherever someone needs, she is always willing to assist with the transition process, onboarding of new team members, developing training and mentoring members of the team. She excels at making sure things run smoothly for clients and advisors by wearing many hats, whether it be acting as the liaison between the team and our IT man, finding the correct contact at other companies, and even making sure the CWA offices are stocked with the necessities. 

Tina’s favorite part of being a member of the team is the family atmosphere.

Tina says her favorite thing about being a member of this team is that it’s a family business. She has known Frank, Tony, and their families for many years and has admired the way they conduct their business. She states “you have to be doing something right to be in the business as long as Frank has [50 years]!”

Tina resides in Mechanicsburg with her husband Neale. In her free time, she enjoys taking her and her husband’s classic car to car shows and spending hot days by the pool. However, her favorite pastime is spending time with her granddaughters, Mackenzie and Brynley.
