Matt’s financial planning philosophy:
Our financial and day to day lives are deeply intertwined. We help clients plan for, and work through their financial events. A financial picture is not only investments but planning how those investments, pensions, inheritances, philanthropic giving, social security, life insurance and retirement plans all work together. The core of our relationship with a client lies in a comprehensive financial plan and strategies tailored to their specific goals.
Teaming with an advisor that is vested in the success of their clients carries significant value, whether you have simple planning needs, a complex picture or currently managing your own plan. Understanding behavioral finance and taking time to learn about a client’s entire financial life allows us to propel that client towards those goals. Our process allows a client to shift the mechanics of administering that financial plan and giving them a solid foundation to rely on.
As an avid outdoors man, Matt enjoys hiking, camping, and shooting clay birds. He also values the time he spends with close friends, his wife Meghan, their daughter Claire and Penny their Plott Hound. Matt enjoys volunteering on the board of directors for Case Management Unit, which provides services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and early intervention.
