An avid storyteller, and dynamic writer and communicator, Lena has spent her career researching and providing thought leadership on personal income tax, retirement and financial planning and is passionate about empowering clients to make goal-oriented decisions through education and advice.

She specializes in helping women and small businesses plan for and achieve their financial goals, and works with millennials and Gen-Xers to help them build and invest wealth and prepare for life events. She is a retirement expert and specializes in Social Security claiming strategies, Medicare and income in retirement. Lena lives and works in NYC and Hudson Valley, New York.

When she’s not talking finance, she enjoys writing comedy and storytelling and loves hiking, cycling, yoga, cooking and traveling the world on her frequent flier miles.
