Homemade Mai Tai Cocktail

 

CWA Scheduling Coordinator, Rachel Semder, shares the perfect cocktail to sip as your float down your local stream or river.

Prep Time: 2 Minutes

 

Ingredients:

Coconut Rum

Pineapple Juice

Lemon Juice

Aperol

Simple Syrup

Ice

Sparkling Rose

Pineapple Chunks

 

Directions:

Combine 1 oz. Coconut Rum, 1 oz. Pineapple Juice, 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice, 3/4 oz. Aperol, and 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup in a shaker with ice.

Shake.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Top with sparkling rose.

Garnish with a skewer of pineapple chunks.
