CWA Client Services Specialist, Morgan Singer shares her favorite recipe from @YourBareFootNeighbor for a feel-good family dinner!

Total Time:  45 Minutes



1 Rotisserie Chicken (or 2-3 chicken breasts), shredded
1 container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1/2 cup poppy seeds



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bow, mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Add chicken and set aside.
  3. Crush Ritz crackers in bowl, mix crackers and melted butter.
  4. In a 9×13 pan, pour half cracker mixture and spread evenly. Add all chicken mixture and top with the remaining crackers.
  5. Cover and bake for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly. Uncover and bake another 10-25 minutes, until golden brown.
