This easy-to-make treat combines rich dark chocolate with crushed candy canes and colorful holiday chocolates, all topped with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt for an extra kick. Perfect for sharing or enjoying by yourself, this bark is a delightful addition to your holiday celebrations.

Total Time:  1 Hour 15 Minutes

 

Ingredients:

(2) 12 oz. Packages of 70% Dark Chocolate
1/2 cup Crushed Candy Canes
1/2 cup M&M’s
1/2 cup Crushed Nuts
1 tsp. Coarse Sea Salt

 

Directions:

1. Have a parchment paper-covered (or Silpat covered) cookie sheet ready.
2. In a double boiler on simmer (or a glass bowl over a
pot of boiling water), melt chocolate while stirring constantly.
3. When fully melted, remove from heat and cool for 5-10 minutes.
4. Pour onto cookie sheet and spread it out until it is about 1/4 inch thick all over.
5. Top with toppings (sprinkle all over).
6. Place cookie sheet into fridge for 5 minutes until partially set.
7. Remove from fridge. Sprinkle the sea salt on top and put back in fridge to set completely.
8. Break into small pieces and enjoy.
